2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Platform services — Ginny uses your registration and conversation data to deliver personalized marketing strategy and content.

3. Data Isolation and Security

3.1 Per-Client Isolation

Your data is completely isolated from all other clients on the Platform. Each client account operates in its own secure environment with:

  • A dedicated AI assistant instance (your own Ginny)
  • Isolated data storage (your files, conversations, and configurations are separate)
  • Session-scoped access controls (authentication tokens are tied to your specific account)

No other client can access your data. Your data is never used to train, influence, or inform services provided to other clients.

3.2 Infrastructure Security

The Platform is hosted on dedicated infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted API key storage (AES-256)
  • Access controls and authentication for all API endpoints
  • Regular security monitoring

3.3 BYOK Privacy

Under our Bring Your Own Key model, your API key is used exclusively to authenticate requests to your chosen AI provider on your behalf. We do not use your key for any other purpose, and we do not have access to your AI provider account or billing information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • AI Providers — Your conversations are sent to your chosen AI provider (e.g., Anthropic) to generate responses. This is essential to providing the service. Your AI provider's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
  • Payment Processing — Stripe processes your subscription payments. Only information necessary for billing is shared.
  • Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • API keys: Your API key is immediately removed from our systems upon account termination.
  • Backups: Encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 90 days after deletion for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are purged.
